Shipping Rates (UK)
- Standard Shipping – £3.79 (3–5 working days)
- Express Shipping – £4.79 (1–2 working days)
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or sales.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately via the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but once processing has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Loulia is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order outside of the UK. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- For the most accurate information regarding customs fees, please contact your local courier or customs office.
Customs Delays
Once your order reaches the destination country, customs processing times may affect delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot control this.
Refusing to Pay Customs Fees
If a customer chooses not to pay customs fees, the order will be returned to us. In these cases, a deduction will be made from the order total before any refund is issued. This deduction covers:
- Administrative fees
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Cancellation fee
Please note that exact amounts may vary depending on the order total. The remaining balance will be refunded once Loulia receives the returned package, which can take up to 6 weeks
Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Refunds
We operate a no-refund policy. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly assist you with an exchange.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your abaya for a different size, we’re happy to help under the following conditions:
- Initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving your abaya.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
- You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please submit a request using the “Contact Us” form on our website. Once we approve your request, we’ll share instructions on how and where to return your parcel.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept unapproved returns.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers are also responsible for paying the delivery fee for sending out the exchanged item
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels without tracking.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders that initially qualified for free shipping.

After We Receive Your Item
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your exchange is approved. If approved, your new item will be dispatched, and we’ll send you the tracking details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the “Contact Us” form, including your order details and photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we’ll assume your order was received in good condition.
